How many people use two phones, one for work and one personal? It seems less common than I originally thought (I assumed all biglaw attorneys had a work phone and a personal phone). As a soon-to-be junior associate, I'm curious about the following:
A. Do you have a work phone, and if so, does your firm somehow subsidize/pay for it?
B. What are the pros and cons of having 2 phones vs. the pros and cons of having 1?
C. Is this more of a partner thing, or would it make sense for a junior associate to have this set up?
To be honest, I like the idea of being able to separate my work life and my personal life, but I know that this job can really bleed into personal life regardless, so I'm wondering if its at all practical.
