Hi All, I’m an 8th year with a 6 month old and starting to juggle Big Law and parenting now that parental leave etc has been exhausted. My partner is in medicine which creates its own demands (shift work!). I know a lot of people on this forum are going to tell me it’s impossible etc. or quit and go in-house. However, I still like my job and am keen to try and make this work. With that context, grateful for any tips on how others have made it work.
