Billing for these tasks?

I’m a dumb first year so apologies for stupid questions. I don’t think I bill for these but others may know better than me

Do you bill for organizing your inbox/sorting emails? Both sorting emails in the moment of a task and end of the day inbox cleaning. I’m assuming yes for the first, but no for the second?
If you start your day by putting together a to-do list, do you bill for that?
Do you bill for breaks (like going to get water) even if you aren’t fully thinking about your matter (or thinking about it at all)?
Do you bill for entering your time? I’d assume end of the day time entry no, but if you start the timer and enter your narrative while starting your task, yes?
