For everyone that has gone in-house or knows people who went in-house (either in transactional or litigation), can you shout out which companies are known for working 40 hour weeks? Or that people described as being “slow” or “boring”? If you don’t want to share specific names, how did you or a friend find such positions?
Being bored at work is my dream as I’d like to start my own business on the side but do have loans to pay off in the meantime. I have 1.5 years of experience (almost 2 years) under my belt and would love to have this boredom problem but get my life back by going in-house.
