Hate the job and plan to quit at 1 year. The work is just too much for me, respect to those of you who can hack it. I’m trying to fly under the radar, but wondering how long you can do so without getting fired? Meaning, if my hours are below target, how many consecutive months of that before a talking to? I’m not talking like 70 hours, but it’s not a ton either. I know this job is not for me because 130 still feels like so much work.
