Matched Milbank salary and bonus with a few twists.
- Starting January 2027, not paying backpay/retroactively matching salary for this year.
- Special bonus may come as early as this year (Cooley pays usual bonus in mid February). They did not list the amount for special bonus so there is a chance it differs from Milbank.
- Bonuses (special or usual) will not be impacted by attendance. Cooley currently has a 4-day RTO that is not enforced and varies by office/team.
