I'm a 2nd-year associate dating a Counsel at another firm.
Weekday communication is practically non-existent due to our workloads. I fully support his focus on work and completely respect the grind, but since this is my first time dating someone deeper in BigLaw than I am, I'm figuring out how to build momentum when weeknights are wiped out.
For those in similar dynamics, can you share your experiences on how you stay connected or any general ,survival’ tips for adjusting expectations?
