Deciding Between Offers after Biglaw Layoff

Context: I am a second year corporate associate at an Am law 100 with a current salary of $200 K. Team didn't have enough work for months and let me know that they could only keep me on until the end of the year a few months ago. Since then, I've been on the job search grind.

Received three competitive offers and deciding between them this week:

(1) 70-attorney midlaw firm, $133,000 base salary, 1250 billable requirement and 10% of hourly rate for any hour worked over that, corporate, great firm culture, ratio of associates to partners is 1:6.

(2) 200-attorney Am law 200 regional firm, $180,000 base salary, 1850 billable requirement, real estate lending finance, strong firm culture as well, ratio of associates to partners is 1:4.

(3) 40-attorney midlaw firm, $125,000 base salary with $5K signing bonus, 1650 billables, good firm culture, ratio of associates to partners is 1:4, zoning and land use law.

Thoughts?

ADDITIONAL INFO: I also have two additional interviews this week: one with a 15-person firm in their business area (probably lowest $$ but had such a lovely convo with them at first interview) and one with a true Am law 100 firm (but unsure their hiring timeline).
