Pretty much went through college and law school (currently) mostly by myself, glad to secure an offer for next summer.
But my parents aren’t really happy campers at times. They’re always projecting , saying “do you think you’re better than us” or “do we work dirt” tbh it’s getting very tiring.
Going through higher education has been hard enough but does anyone have experiences with African parents who are entitled to their success; and how you’ve navigated that?
This sucks tbh.
