She wants me to work only for her. I’m a rising 3rd year and she’s tried blocking all efforts for me to work with anyone but her. I started getting work from another partner and she tried to get me off the new matter with a different partner but it didn’t work. She has made it clear to others she needs me for her assignments. The problem is I do not enjoy her work and it’s the same questions every single matter.
I am uncomfortable with this as I feel it’s important for me to work on a diverse work stream but not sure how to be o about this. Other partners are aware but I am not sure what to do on my end. I love my firm just not this situation.
