My wife (30) is a middlevel at a V20 and I'm a senior at a V20. We have an 8MO girl, who's usually great but has been recovering from her first cold/ear infection and her sleeping has been not existent while out work schedule has been getting chaotic. She's going to day care and my mother in law comes twice a week, which is amazing, but sometimes I'm finding myself on weekends waiting for Monday to arrive go go back to the office - my daughter's great generally my I'm absolutely burnt out.
I'm sure it's gonna get better as she gets older but we're thinking of a second kid in 2 years years as we'll both be up for partnership.
Does any of this make sense? Have I lost my mind? Does it get easier?
