Anyone else trying to do this job while always in a state of mild depression and exhaustion? Any tips for waking up in the morning?
I’m sure some people will tell me to quit, but I’ve been like this since before this job and I expect to be after. Looking for a pragmatic solution to the low energy side of this, not for directions to therapy (which I’m in). I’ve tried different forms of medication but haven’t really found the right fit.
