Going from TinyLaw to BL, any pointers?

Not sure if this is allowed here but I figured y'all would be the best people to ask, so here goes. After spending two years at a law firm of less than five attorneys with a niche plaintiff-side litigation practice, I have recently accepted an offer to join a firm near the bottom of the AM100. My background is atypical--I finished in the bottom 10 (people, not percent) in my class at a T100. Don't ask how I got the job, because I have literally zero idea.

I have never billed an hour in my life, don't know any BL people I can talk to about this candidly in real life, and have no frame of reference for what to expect. The firm has a very straightforward onboarding process that is going to answer a lot of my questions, but I'm looking for some cultural insights that I may not otherwise get.

Is there anything that I need to know other than what I'll learn in onboarding? I don't even know what I don't know.
