Why are we still doing this? Half these partners have absolutely terrible handwriting, and I swear I spend twice as long on an assignment trying to decipher what they wrote in the margins than I would have spent just making the actual changes.
It feels like such a massive waste of time when they could just type the comment or send a quick email. And of course you can’t exactly go back and ask, “What does this say?” every three minutes without feeling insane.
Has anyone ever actually complained to a partner about their handwriting? Or do we all just silently suffer through this?
