I’ve been extremely torn lately. I actually really enjoy this job and all of the perks that come along with it. But I have three little ones and I’m a senior associate billing close to 2,500-2,700 a year for the past 8 years. This is the first time (as they’re now getting older) where weekends come out and my wife takes the three of them out, goes and visits our friends who also have kids, has people over (like last night) and I’m just stuck at my desk working. How do you cope with the fact that you’re wasting these years and you will never get them back with your kids. Is it a waste? What are your thoughts
