So long story short, partner invited for a talk today (EU law firm, 3 year associate) and said they are letting me go (gave 2 weeks, said they will recommend etc).
The main reason was not sufficicient quality for my level, hours and revenue generated (not that I didint see it coming).
So, what would be your advice how to deal with it. Not leaving on bad terms, but it still sucks. During the meeting I said that I anticipated it, however my main issue with this situation is that there was no involvement from partners before to help me fix those issues.
