Very energetic and they show a lot of initiative, but it’s like they just take an assignment and run with it. Sometimes they don’t quite get the ask right. Thoughtful work but not always 100% responsive to the ask.
Quick to clean things and the “mistakes” are caught early enough that they aren’t really that costly. Yet, probably best practice to get clear on assignment first and then go.
Any tips on how to raise the idea??? Maybe suggest asking more questions. Drive is great just need to channel better.
