Kids go to JDs to prove they're worthy of respect, that they deserve to be taken seriously, that they're somehow "superior" to their peers (or more simply just craved prestige and money coming from an unemployable degree).
Yet after working in law for 1-2 years you realize it's the biggest pile of shit ever and just want to get the fuck out.
The dopamine that carried you through law school, the bar, and landing that prestigious job wears off and you're left wondering what the fuck you're even doing.
I can't stress enough how shitty this profession is.
P.S. Might do an MBA just to leave it.
