I suck as a partner

I made it through the rat race and became an equity partner from senior associate two years ago. Since then, I've fallen completely flat on my face. I have a small book of business, mostly from shared originations. Otherwise, I work maybe 5 to 10 hours per week and do some business development, but I just can't bring in work. None of the connections that I've spent 10 years building have panned out, and I'm starting to lose substantive experience because I just don't have enough work to keep myself busy. I'd like to say it's just imposter syndrome, but the truth is I actually suck at being a partner.
