I’m a senior associate. Most of the people I started with are gone. Partners mostly work remotely or are traveling and I rarely talk in person with anyone on my case teams. We get new associates pretty frequently but they don’t seem to stick around much past the clawback period for their bonuses and it’s hard to build relationships given the turnover. Is this a function of being more senior? The new normal post-Covid? Am I just hard to get along with?
