Im so tired of the work weekend

I don’t know if this is just my firm/practice group but the people I work with treat the weekend like any other week day. They expect the same level of responsiveness. I was yelled at once for being asleep at 10 am on a Saturday and missing an email when a partner wanted a redline. They hand out new assignments to be done ASAP with no acknowledgement that it’s a weekend. It’s also really frustrating because sometimes I want to use the weekend to get caught up on the work I didn’t have time for during the week, but I just get overloaded with new work instead. One of the mid levels I work with expects me to tell him every time I’m going to be away from my computer for more than an hour on a Saturday or Sunday. Even on the very rare days when I don’t have weekend work, I get anxious to leave my apartment because I know I could be asked to do something “urgent” at any time and if I’m too far from home I might get in trouble. If I sleep past 9:30 I wake up in a panic terrified that I missed an email. Is everyone’s firm like this?? First year V10 corporate (not M&A) if that matters.
