One of my friends summered at Cravath last summer. Apparently, it was so bad that he had to pull all-nighters and was extremely miserable. I remember one time he was genuinely crying about how much work they gave him. Bro called me at like 6 am, telling me he was still in the office. I told him to go home, and he was like he can't because he has a meeting with a partner at 9 am. I thought SA were supposed to have fun and enjoy their time lol. This differs from what I hear from peers at other firms.
