Seems highly unlikely even though cumulatively we've experienced inflation of 8-9% since 2023, the last year of raises, yet these raises reflect maybe a 4-5% increase. I recognize we're highly paid but the veneer of biglaw salaries is wearing off quickly, especially as cost of living continues to skyrocket and partner pockets remain padded.
