Junior Associate Looking to Lateral After EO

I’m writing this from a burner account as I am fairly active in this subreddit from my main. I am a junior associate at Willkie in a major market. As I’m sure you all have seen, Willkie decided to bend the knee to Trump—before he even issued an EO. Associates across all offices petitioned today for our leadership to fight any EO that may come down, in the best interest of our clients and colleagues. The firm capitulated anyway. As someone from a diverse background, I am genuinely scared about my future at this firm. I have less than a year of experience, but I don’t believe that I can, in good conscience, continue to work here. Does anyone have advice on lateraling this early on in my career?
