King & Spalding Wants Associates to Log 2,400 Productive Hours

Surprised no one has mentioned this. 2400 productive hours is ridiculous to require from associates... I've only heard of stuff like this as a partner req. I think Quinn essentially has a productive hours req since everything is "billable" and even theirs is only 2100. Has K&S lost it? You can't increase hours reqs by 20%... especially when you aren't even a top top firms and no one gives a shit about what you do... best of luck keeping talent; I for one would have started reaching out to recruiters the day I got this message...
