Yep like learning at school vs apprenticeship. Also my PG is so small — I have so few samples of different deals and seniors and partners that I don’t have any good professional judgment. I don’t know the unspoken rules and norms. I don’t know how and when I should ask or communicate. And I just become extremely avoidant and paralyzed. This job is stressing me out so much that I regressed to feeling like an insecure teenager.
