My favorite thing to do is throw sober parties and help people realize they can have fun without drinking. I just signed a contract to buy the coolest 7600 square foot house where I will throw incredible parties. No way I could do that without this job. Grateful for it and the things I can do with the money I make.
PS— I throw non-sober parties too! If anyone in the DMV wants to come hang, drop me a line. We are DINKWADs in late 30s.
ETA: the point of this is to highlight something good about the job/money since there is so much misery on here.
ETA: um, I’m a recovering alcoholic. The parties are to help people with problems quit drinking. I thought that was obvious but I guess not 😂
