What’s something petty but nevertheless lame that your firm or ex-firm does/did?
I’ll start. My old firm (decently high in the AmLaw 200 but not at full market) had a vending machine in the kitchen where you had to pay for drinks. Apparently, people had to fight really hard to even get a water cooler and a microwave. They also wouldn’t buy laptops for staff and said if they wanted to WFH they had to get their own and bring it in for setup. Generally were super stingy about reimbursement submissions as well.
