I’ve got longtime ADHD and it’s well-controlled with medications—during the day. (Without getting into too many specifics, I take a single, extended-release stimulant pill in the morning.) But the meds start wearing off around dinnertime. Logging on for a second shift in the evening feels like a Herculean effort, and it’s tough to focus on anything post dinner. I’ve tried taking an afternoon instant-release pill, but that can make it tough to sleep at a reasonable hour.
Anybody found solutions to this, other than just staying focused 9-6 weekdays and doing anything else on the weekend?
