I currently work fully remote and bill around 2300 hours a year at a different firm. Current firm does not care when it gets done necessarily as long as hours are billed, clients are happy, deadlines are met etc. As a result I typically go to the gym on my lunch break 12-1:30ish. Anyone with experience working remotely at Quinn or other big firms do the same? Are supervising attorneys cool with it etc? Or is it strict be 100% available 8-6?
