I can’t tell if our esupport team is the issue, if it’s me, or if it’s the system. It generates the documents in a completely scrambled order with the attachments on the literal other side of the production from the emails they are associated with. It takes our team 5 hours to run a 200 document production, and we’re having to manually reorder PDFs because of how chaotic the output is. Are other people experiencing this issue?
