What is with the huge divide with the embrace of remote vs. in-office between the two coasts?
California firms are totally on board with the fully remote, “no need to be in office” vibe and movement.
New York is opposite with the insistence that at least 3 days in office and the implication of wanting anything more is demonizing and counterproductive to “team-playerism”
What is NYC not understanding? or is it they just don’t give a shit ?
I’m baffled by this stone cold resistance to acknowledge what everyone is feeling, saying and displaying through lack luster performance.
AIO? or missing something? What’s your take?
