My firm didn’t tell us what time to generally be in and out by. Obviously when there’s an event we have an end time, and same thing goes for the occasional 8:45 or 9am meetings, which I come on time for. But most other days I’m kind of left wondering when my peers are getting to and leaving the office. Is this generally a 9-5? Is that frowned upon? What’s the vibe? I somehow always feel like I’m the only one on my floor leaving even when the office has thinned out by 5pm.
