I’ve been sharing Perkins’ failure to investigate complaints of harassment I reported in September.
Bloomberg wrote an article about it. Perkins provided an on-the-record comment that seemingly implies they addressed my complaint sufficiently.
I disagree.
I’ve posted another email, this one showing that by late January I was looping in leaders and demanding answers for an investigation I was told started in September.
My takeaway for anyone in this industry is simple: what some firms describe as “process” is, in practice, self-protection.
