I’m curious if there are any signs that an associate is on the partnership track that show up prior to their sixth year.
Maybe, we can break the signs up as they apply to three different associate phases (as I understand them):
Junior (1-3)
Midlevel (4-6)
Senior (7+)
And maybe it’s too early to tell as a junior, so apologies in advance if including that phase was off-base.
