Is there a reason why some associates are downright awful to junior associates? Like they’d rather see a junior fail than try to help them understand the work? It’s expected that Partners are difficult to work with, but fellow associates? Is it some sort of evil hazing ritual? Been at this job for less than a year and my experience has been horrible. I always wondered why people only lasted 1-3 years. Now I’m wondering how they lasted so long!
