Staying sane during trial

I am an associate headed to my first trial and it is out of town. The trial is scheduled to be multiple months’ long. I am looking for any tips on how to prioritize self-care during this time. I know that the work will be very consuming and challenging. That said, I have worked very hard on my mental health and feel that I am in finally in a good place with it despite BigLaw being a stressful environment.

I do not have familiarity with trial environments and have only heard horror stories. My team is very intense.

For example, I usually have remote therapy once every two weeks. I’m assuming I won’t have time for that … but does anyone have tips for staying sane, while also being a team player?
