My big law summer associate position ended yesterday. I got only positive reviews and am supposed to hear about offers in the coming week. During my last 3 weeks, I was working on a client matter that the assigning attorney told me to bill to but not release. Following these instructions, I continued to log and save all my time, but got out of the habit of releasing it. Because of this, I forgot to release my time for the last 2-3 weeks of the program even though I recorded and saved at least 8 hours of work per day. When it comes time for offers, is it going to look like I didn't work at all for the last few weeks, or am I worried about noting?
