I don't think I'm cut out for this job.
I'm working as hard as I can, or at least as hard as I'm willing to. I'm meeting hours, I get great feedback overall. But no matter how hard I work or how much I sacrifice for this job, there's always just one partner lurking around the corner who wants to yell at the young female associate over the smallest thing.
I really never expected for the worst part of this job to be the insecure losers who occupy the top of firm leadership.
This fucking sucks.
