I’m going to be an SA in the L&E division at a vault 50 firm and a lot of the non-biglaw attorneys I know who are wanting to lateral to biglaw wax poetic about how lucky I got scoring a position in that specific practice group. Does L&E have great exit opportunities? Is the work just generally more interesting? I’m assuming it’s not a work-life balance thing because to my understanding that doesn’t exist in biglaw. So what is it?
