I get them a fair amount. I’m getting them right now.
Also as it has been busy for me lately, my last few Sundays have turned into “soft Mondays” where I end up doing a few hours’ work to get ahead for the week. I find (if possible) leaving more “deep focus” work for evenings or weekends is usually preferable as I am constantly getting distracted with other emails and messages during the work day.
I usually try to fit in a workout (yoga or pilates) on Sunday evenings as I find it helps calm the nervous system. Sometimes I find listing the stuff ahead of me for the week also helpful so I can more clearly see what I have to tackle (and when I write things down they look “less scary”).
